Preston & District Scouts are pleased to announce that Jordan Pullen, has been appointed as the next District Scout Network Commissioner. Hear what he had to say about himself below:
“Hi, I’m Jordan, District Scout Network Commissioner and the Cub Scout Leader at Preston Central Scout Group. I’m here to put together an enjoyable and adventurous programme for 18-25 year olds throughout Preston and District, as well as running my Cub Pack.
I’ve been involved in Scouting all my life, having met both the current and last Chief Scouts – Bear Grylls and Peter Duncan. I’ve been involved in Preston since moving here for University, but before that was an Assistant Beaver and Cub Scout Leader over in West Yorkshire.
I’m currently busy, studying for a Doctorate in International Relations at UCLan, but despite how indoorsy that may sound, for me, nothing can beat being sat around a campfire singing Ging Gang Goolie, or spending a weekend camping out in the woods.”
