SUMMARY:Bibby's Farm - Northern Comfort
DESCRIPTION:Following last year’s fantastic event\, we’re putting on our Northern Comfort 2022 with a very similar format. \nThe event is “Adults Only” and the only booking for that weekend so you can relax\, away from the kids and enjoy the activities and entertainment with other like-minded adults. \nDuring the day\, with your help\, we are looking to put on loads of different bases and training & assessment opportunities where adult leaders can try out new things and cover some learning modules either formal ones or informal training along the likes of Scouting Skills\, workshops on running games\, different styles of flagbreaks and much more. We will also be running taster sessions on all our activities and we are seeking suppliers to attend to showcase their wares too. \nIn the evenings\, the Courtyard becomes the entertainment hub\, we will have a licensed real ale bar and a stage with live entertainment on both nights included in the event package. \nCome and camp or you can even upgrade and have a bed indoors for a slightly higher price.\nWe are offering a pre-booked meal service at reasonable prices where you can book breakfasts\, lunches and evening meal. \nThe whole ethos of the weekend is for Scouters & Guiders from all over the region to come together for a fun weekend away from their Beavers\, Cubs & Scouts for a change. To try out some new activities\, learn some new skills\, swap ideas with fellow leaders and have a darn good time whilst doing so. \nThis is YOUR weekend for you to enjoy\, make sure you get your best Scouting friends to come along too.

DESCRIPTION:Fancy a festival but put off by the hundreds of pounds price tag? \nWe’re recreating the experience for all Scouts\, Explorers and Network and also Guides and Rangers. \nStarting at 11am on the Saturday\, our large outdoor stage rig will host multiple bands and acts throughout the day and our festival arena will be surrounded with tents providing bases such as tye-dying tee shirts\, henna tattoos\, hair braiding and so on. \nFood Truck Bases will also provide snacks\, food and drink and your Front Stage Pass will include your evening meal. \nThe day finishes with our headline act and a massive paint party. \nThis really is one event you don’t want to miss. \nInvolved with a band?
